General Insurance Distribution Ltd is a specialist distribution centre that has over 20 years experience within the motor finance and insurance sector. The founder, Mike Gaffney, is former HBOS management that led and developed the industry renowned dealer contact centre providing resolicitation services to a multitude of large corporate partners under the Capital Bank brand.

Operating since March 2010 GID already has a proven track record delivering outstanding results and services to support many motor dealers who want to remove the hassle, risk and cost of selling regulated products at point of sale. We also work for other well known clients including Renault Finance and Nissan Finance.

Typically this type of added value service is only offered to clients that can provide upwards of 500 leads per month, but building on the huge success enjoyed by larger clients over recent years, GID have develop, enhanced and standardised processes so the model can cater for businesses of all sizes.
